Moving from MY IDC APP to LabFlow
The patient app and online reporting system of Islamabad Diagnostic Centre, a Pakistani diagnostic chain with home sample collection. Last checked 7 November 2026. Check MY IDC APP yourself, because a page that says something newer than this one is right.
The side-by-side comparison, with LabFlow's own limits, is on the LabFlow site. This page is about making the move.
Before you move
- Choose MY IDC APP if your tests are done at IDC, because online reports and home sampling for that chain are already in it.
- Choose LabFlow if you want one account that holds results from every laboratory you visit, with a share link you can revoke, rather than one app per chain.
The move, step by step
There is no way to bring a record across. LabFlow imports nothing from MY IDC APP or from any other system.
- Keep what MY IDC APP holds. Download what it lets you download and keep it somewhere of your own. The pages we checked do not say how long it stays available after you leave.
- Find a laboratory that runs LabFlow. The directory lists those that have published a listing. LabFlow's portal only holds results from laboratories on LabFlow.
- Open the patient portal once a laboratory has linked your account to your record and released something.
- Share a report, and stop sharing it when you choose. A share opens one whole report. There is no LabFlow ID to give a laboratory, no access request to accept and no sharing section by section.
MY IDC APP's prices
As its own pages stated them on 7 November 2026, not converted between currencies. LabFlow's are on the pricing page.
| Plan | Price | What the page says | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| MY IDC APP | No price stated | No price stated for the app on the page | Source |
What each one says it does
"Not stated on the pages we checked" is not a no. Ask MY IDC APP. LabFlow's column lists only what has shipped.

What LabFlow does not have
LabFlow has no ID a person can give a laboratory, no laboratory access requests and no sharing section by section. It has no desktop app, promises no retention period and makes no backup commitment. No laboratories run it in production. Status and limits has the full list.
